Good Night

Sushi in the Park

Last night Mommy, Daddy and I went out for a sushi in the park date. We went to our favorite restaurant, Sushi King and got some California Rolls, Salmon Sushi and Edamame. We went to the park to have a nice picnic.

Our meal begins well. Daddy feeds me some California Roll.

We chat a little.

I throw my soother and then get very angry and point at it demanding someone pick it up for me.

I then throw my body back suddenly dumping my stroller backwards. Luckily Daddy is used to my tricks and catches me in time.

Now I am too angry to even eat my sushi. I don't think I will let Mommy & Daddy eat theirs either.

Moments later our food and picnic table was swarmed by an angry group of wasps. I continued screaming. Mommy & Daddy gave up and we went home.

IKEA

This weekend I went to IKEA with Mommy and Daddy. Some of it was fun and some was pretty boring. Mommy and Daddy tried to make me sit still so they could eat breakfast and Mommy could enjoy a coffee, but I refused and made them eat really quickly :) It was fun when I got to run around all the displays and climb on the beds and chairs.

We looked at all the kids stuff and found me a new bed! We're not gonna get it until we get to Ottawa though. It's a reversible bunk bed, so you can have the bed part at the top or at the bottom. It's really cool. We also found a table and chairs to get me once I get my new bedroom!

Hats

I LOVE LOVE LOVE hats. I like to put them on my head. I like to put them on other people's heads. I like to take things and put them on my head and pretend they're hats. Cups, containers, lids, the shampoo cap, my buckethead of course... pretty much anything. I particularly like Daddy's fedora. Here I strike some poses and do a dance in my favorite hat.

My Little Home on Wheels

This is my suitcase. AKA my play room, my hiding spot when Mommy calls me for a diaper change or bed time, my car driving area, my snack spot, and just a good spot to store certain toys for playing with at a later time.

I have a piece of carpet in the bottom of my suit case and I like to sit in here when I play and eat snacks. Here I wave to my adoring fans from my exclusive suit case seat.

In The Night Garden

My new favorite show is called In The Night Garden. It stars Iggle Piggle, Upsy Daisy, Makka Pakka, The Tombliboos (there's THREE of them) and the Pontipines! I guess it's from the UK and only just started playing on Treehouse recently.

Toys R Us just got in some In The Night Garden Toys so Mommy took me there today and we got a set of little figurines of the characters (that I like to take everywhere including the bath, a plush Iggle Piggle that I like to sleep with, and a plush talking Upsy Daisy! We also got two new Mega Bloks cars to add to my collection! An ambulance and a construction vehicle.
